ORDER INFORMATION
Prices
Prices showed are VAT included, valids for Spain and EU countries.
For countries outside EU (included Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla), VAT won't be included.
Prices can be modified at any time, although they will keep without modification in case of orders not yet shipped, except changes on taxes according with the law. We will inform our customer in this case.
About used parts pictures
Pictures of used parts are showed as a sample. We will send a picture of the real unit to the customer in case his condition is worse than the sample showed.
Payment methods for international orders
Payment methods are credit card, Paypal and ordinary bank transfer for countries inside EU. For countries outside UE, we don't accept credit card. In case of ordinary bank transfer, as soon as we receive the order, we will send and e-mail with bank details for the payment. We won't ship any order till we check the amount is in our account. All transfer expenses must be paid by the purchaser.
International shipments
We ship to EU countries, non EU european countries, United States, Canada and some South America countries. We ship our products with Standard Postal Service, the delivery time depends on the country, we will keep the customer informed about it. In case of orders with more than 20 kgs they will be sent by private courier. We will send to the customer the shipping cost to be confirm prior to the continue with the purchase process.
All customs expenses and taxes in destiny countries are not responsability of xt350.es, must be paid by the purchaser.
We don't ship motorbikes, engines, wheels or tires outside Spain, sorry.
If customer wants to receive the order urgently by a private courier company, feel free to contact us to give you the urgent shipping cost.
Order process
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as you process the order through our web, and also an e-mail with bank details in case of payment by ordinary bank transfer. After checking the payment, if we have stock we will ship the order. Also the customer will be informed about urgent shipping cost if desireable.
If the product is sold out, we will keep our costumer informed about availability.
We ship complete orders. If the order includes more than one product and any of them is sold out, we will inform about expected availability and time to ship all the order.
30 days after process the order, if we are not able to ship it, the customer can cancell the order and we will return him the amount paid.
For countries outside EU, we will return an e-mail to the customer to inform him about shipping cost.
Returns
Following the spanish law in terms of on-line shops, the customer has the right to return the order without explanation, seven working days after delivery day, paying shipment return cost.We will return the amount paid in 30 days, only if we check the product is the original one sold, not used and manipulated. We will let you know how to proceed with the return of the shipment.
If the customer receives the shipment in bad conditions (box open or damaged), and these conditions can affect the quality of the product, he must let it know in the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours. We will return the amount paid and we will let you know how to proceed with the shipment arrived in bad conditions.

We don't accept manual's returns to avoid possible actions against the current spanish Intelectual Property Law from any buyer.
All electric components used, in case of XT350 and XT600, are checked in our bikes to verify they work OK, and they are marked prior to be sold. So, if the product doesn't work in the customer bike, there is a problem in other part of the electrical system and not in our product. So the correct diagnosis of the problem prior to buy any electrical used component is very important, as If our product becomes unusable due to a bad diagnosis, we can not be held responsible.
WARRANTY
Following the spanish law in terms of warranty, our products, second hand parts and accessories, have a one year warranty. All the products before selling, have been checked and tested, so the customer has the security of buying good products. In the first six months if there is any default in the normal operation of the part, according to the law, xt350.es will repair it, not change for a new one (shipping return cost must be paid by the customer). In case the repair is not possible, the contract will be terminated, and the amount paid returned.
For the following six months, till complete the year of the warranty, the customer will have to prove the breakdown is due to a origin failure and not due to a misuse or inappropiate manipulation to be able to repair the part. Our products are marked to check any manipulation.
The customer has to send the original invoice in both cases to respond to any complaint.
New products have two years of warranty, following the same procedure, except for Outlet new products.
For new (not used) outlet products, we will refund the amount paid if they are not manipulated or used or we will change them for other unit if we have it in our outlet. But, as we have a limited quantity of each part number in the outlet, and some of them are not yet in the manufacturer catalogue, replacements won't be possible in many cases,refunding the amount paid in these cases.
For used outlet products, we will refund the amount paid if we check they were defective and they have been not inappropiate manipulated.
TERMS OF USE
The access to this website is sole responsability of the users, and it's supposed they accept the legal notice, conditions and terms of use included.
The user guarantees the veracy of all the information provided at any time, being responsible of update it. Also he will be responsible of all inaccuracies and untruthfulness.
